Information you submit
When you request an estimate, we save your name, email, phone, optional company, job details and preliminary result so we can follow up about that job. Site-visit requests add your address, preferred date and notes. Our private lead tracker stores the enquiry status, follow-up date and staff notes. The enquiry form stores your name, email, property location and any optional contact and project details you provide. The SweepGiant team can review these records through a restricted inbox.
Purpose and access
Enquiry information is used to assess the requested work, contact you and manage related correspondence. It is not displayed publicly. Contact sam@sweepgiant.com to ask about or request removal of information you have submitted.
Technical information
The site uses limited technical records to reduce duplicate and automated submissions. Hosting services may also process request information to deliver and secure the site. This version has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts installed by SweepGiant.
If you contact us directly by email, your email provider handles the outgoing message. Form submission does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
