Stucco, brick, stone and multi-level concrete structures need a material-specific review. Higher pressure is used only where appropriate; it is not the default for every façade.
Delicate or unusual structures
Historic features, steep roofs and steeples require a separate suitability review. Fragile finishes, water ingress risks or restricted access may mean a drone method is unsuitable.

What’s not included in standard cleaning?
Interior windows, glass repairs, seal repairs, roof work, solar panels and hands-on restoration are not automatically included. Drone cleaning does not guarantee removal of mineral deposits or every stain, and is not suitable for every surface or location.
What affects the price?

How does drone cleaning work?
A cleaning drone applies water or an appropriate cleaning solution to exterior surfaces while the operator works from the ground. We review the setup area, water supply, surfaces and surroundings before choosing the method.
Do you use high pressure on all surfaces?
No. Pressure, products and rinsing must suit the material and coating. Delicate masonry, historic finishes, glazing seals and damaged surfaces may need lower-pressure methods or another approach.
Can you guarantee lower costs than traditional access?
No single method is cheapest for every building. Where suitable, drone access can reduce equipment setup and access time. We assess your site and provide a project-specific quotation.
Do you clean roofs, steeples or historic buildings?
These are assessed individually and are not standard inclusions. We confirm material compatibility, site access and whether a drone method is suitable before offering the work.
